• Derek Base - A side project of mine with Michele Jones -- this aims to be the most comprehensive collection of setlists played by Derek Trucks and the Derek Trucks Band. Check it out and help us add anything that's missing!
• Hittin' the Web - The Allman Brothers Band's official website. It is very well done and there's lots of interesting stuff and cool photos there. Check it out!
• Gov't Mule - Official site of the most powerful power trio that ever existed. Tourdates and links to the Mulebase and many other great fan sites.
• Derek Trucks Band - Derek is now the newest member of the Allman Brothers Band. Don't miss him on tour this summer!
• The All-Music Guide - The absolute best source for music knowledge. Support them by buying one of their great guides in print. My personal favorite is the new 3rd edition All Music Guide to Jazz, that is well over 1700 pages and chock full of great stories and reviews.
• All About Jazz - A great site that has hundreds of jazz reviews and biographies. Well worth the time.

• CNN/SI - I use it for all my sports coverage. Sports coverage for the people, man!
• Say So (Strong Able Youth Speaking Out) - I worked with a statewide foster youth association here in North Carolina. This is a great group of kids (I'm not supposed to call them that) who are or have been in foster care and are now advocating for their rights.
• So, You Want to Make a Webpage - The best resource I have seen for explaining HTML design. I learned (and still am learning) lots from this site.
